Residents of Milton may not be concerned about the type of crime where four people including a two-year-old were murdered in their home Tuesday, about a mile away from Milton Village, but I’m wondering if they know about the City of Boston’s unofficial policy of ‘containment’? And if that ‘containment’ should fail to contain?
