According to the Daily Mail: Lord Tebbit, the ex-Tory Cabinet minister whose wife was confined to a wheelchair after suffering terrible injuries when IRA terrorists bombed the party’s conference hotel in Brighton in 1984, said the honorary knighthood was ‘wholly inappropriate’.
